What is the cost of a motorcycle safety certification ? Need one done is the price the same at all places ?

I see CycleWorld on Wolfedale does it for 89 bucks plus tax, and I could almost push my bike to him....well maybe not, but he is literally 15 minutes away and don on the spot....pay cheap at Teds or pay high for the convenience of a place being close by....
