If too pricey they may not fly.

From the link "The T-Ramp ain’t cheap at $3,875..." presumably U.S, $$$

Yeah, USD$.

Could have thought about a better name than the TRAMP

What? You can ride that T-Ramp all day long.

ouch. $3800 US. for that price you can buy a good 5X8 or 6X10 enclosed trailer.

I just use my regular trailer and throw a bike ramp in to load bikes/atvs from the trailer to the truck. $500 for a decent trailer, $100 for a pair of ramps. Leaves $3200 + tax usd for gas and trips.
To hell with the T Ramp. Lol

Fun watching the guy tip-toe up and down the ramp.A little slip in the cold and or wet and BOOM.I've done the intn'l center show for years and every year i've seen someone do damage loading or unloading.

Loading / unloading bikes is more stressful than driving in T.O. on a minute by minute basis.

The is the GTA motorcycle forum. How many people in the GTA have room to store trailers? In the boonies, maybe.

Be careful loading in the cold on steel (ferrous or non-ferrous) ramps, watch for the ice man.

Personally, I'd buy a similar ramp system if it didn't have the trailer option to it.
In other words, a folding ramp that mounts to a class 3 hitch receiver. Remove the tail gate of your truck and leave just the folding ramp in it's place.

It's a pain in the butt always having to constantly unload, mount, load bike, dismount and load ramps back into the truck. Pulling a pin or 2, unfolding ramp, inserting pins, load bike and refold ramp seems like it would be so much easier.

To help prevent the slipping on cold steel, using 1 foot wide diamond grating directly over the ramp should help.

I guess if your new to it then sure. I'll load/unload my bike all day if it means I don't have to drive in the city.

The trailer is a neat idea for someone with space issues but it's a pretty steep price tag.

Stinger folding trailer for the win!

Been thinking about getting one actually. Even though I live outside of the GTA (Markham), there isn't enough storage space for a trailer unless I start doing some backyard conversion.

Have one, folded up it is 4.5 x 4.5 foot square lump in the driveway covered! They have a facebook page and one of my bikes is there in the gallery, a Burgman plastic fantastic.
Beauty of the trailer you don't hardly know it is there, speed bumps and entrance and exits from gas stations etc have to be taken at a good angle because low clearance.

I enjoy long distance touring. Towing the bike out of the city and finding a place to park the truck and trailer for a few days or weeks just complicates things.

I pick the times and streets and make what I have work. If I was into track it would be different.
