Hey guys, anyone riding in the Collingwood area? Looking to do some longer rides. (Looking for people to ride with)

I'm a M2 rider on my second season. Riding a cbr650f

I rode through there last weekend. I's a place I prefer to avoid now. To start it's hardly the quiet country ride you envision, with pickup trucks and cottage owners impatiently racing around like it's Toronto. It was jammed last weekend, people all over the place, parks and picnic areas all flooded with Toronto people. And Wasaga Beach? Forget it, you might as well be on Yonge St.

Want a more quiet safe route? Try doing the Parry Sound or Tobermory route. Anything west of Collingwood is okay.
 
The area is great during the week . It is not much fun on weekends.
 
Guys, I live here and know the area. I posted in the rides/hookups sub to find other riders in the area looking to ride...

I'm pretty close (innisfil) and I usually ride most weekends. Just rode through collingwood today in fact.
