clunk when shifting

Hey guys i have a 2014 gsx650f with only 2k km on it. bought it used. I know its pretty common to have a little clunk when going from neutral to first but this bike is making a little clunk changing from first to second and second to third. the rest of the gear shifts works preety smooth ( no clunk but only a little click from the gear shifter). what could be the reason for this ?

"clunk" can be subjective. Do an oil change with some quality fluid and re-evaluate.

Have yet to hear a clunk that means something bad when shifting a bike. Just take it as good positive engagement

You should hear/feel a gearchange on a Triumph T595, it's like cycling the action on an anti-aircraft cannon
