Just FYI, the person you're speaking of filed an appeal with the MTO about the insurance classifying it as irreparable when in fact it wasn't. 6 months later the MTO just delivered him an unbranded/clean ownership. Not sure what the UVIP is going to say. The form he used to file his appeal was the one in this post: http://www.gtamotorcycle.com/vbforu...-on-the-road&p=2084027&viewfull=1#post2084027Why does it have to be stolen? Many people do the same with "salvage" title bikes that were written off here or bought in the US and shipped over......The last crashed bike I dealt with from this site was written off even thou the bike was totally fixable, with no damage to frame.I suggested to that person that they buy a clean title and put it back on the road, instead of taking a huge loss. Because insurance branded the bike salvage he was under the impression the bike was toast and never rid able again. He only need a few hundred dollars in parts and it was fine mechanically, just didnt have any plastics on it...
Thanks for all your help with it Johnny.
