Chromed covers

On my vstar 1100 the black plastic cover that wraps around the ignition as there is a left & right side
As well the side covers one for the battery compartment & the other one covers the tool holder.
Has anyone bought these covers in chrome or had these chromed?
As I am wanting all these covers to be in chrome.

Not sure who to go to but it should not be a problem. Even wood can be chrome plated if you really want to. YES it can. Was on a tour of the Delta faucet facility in Indianapolis and the design guys would carve handles from wood, paint them with copper anti fouling paint and have them chromed for prototypes.
