CBR600RR frame damage? frame slider..?

So I have a 2008 CBR600RR here with a left side frame slider that is slightly bent back from what appears to be a low-side. What I'm wondering if that if the frame slider is slightly bent/angled back, does this indicate frame damage?

Also if there is, very minor frame damage in this area, will it affect the ride of the bike at all?

also post one of not only the frame slider, but the frame around it.
 
bike is junk, ill give you $50 for it.

what kinda frame sliders were on it? i heard the no cut ones cause frame damage sometimes if it goes down.
i know there useto be shops that would straighten frames, but i dont know how much i would trust that, you can probably buy a new frame fairly cheap.

i havent lookked this year, but i remember seeing frames for sale last year. most were listed as clean title but imported from the states but the bikes were wrecks and parted out.
i even remember seeing someone load a frame into their trunk in a parking lot once in brampton.
 
Double checked it, seems like its just the slider that is bent about midway down.. Can't possibly be the frame. I'll take it to get checked out today
