CBR125 question re: overflow tubes

A friend of mine bought a used Honda CBR 125. I noticed something while having a look today. It has 4 overflow tubes that come out near the rear brake / footpeg. Image shows 3 of the 4. There is another in there.

3 of the 4 discharge, one is sealed (see image).

I've never given the 125 a hard look before so I am not sure if this is normal. Why 4? I can understand 3 - one for fuel one for the coolant, one for the battery(?), but I cannot figure the 4th out.

Also, I'm not sure it is normal where those tubes are located.

Any insight would be appreciated.

CBR125 is a fun bike by the way.

The tubes are normal... All bikes have them.. Not sure why one is sealed. But if the bike runs fine then i would leave it and ride it.

Maybe its a gas overflow that was dripping in someone's garage and some one plugged it??

Just a guess

Battery, coolant, fuel, and crankcase. The crankcase one is usually plugged - won't normally see much in it unless you have engine problems or too much oil. Other bikes may have extra tubes to drain the airbox (will also be plugged).

Placement is fine.

positive crankcase ventilation hose...normal!
