Bought a Cardo Spirit November 2022. From Fort Nine.
Booted it up 2 weeks ago, did the pairing etc. Nice and easy. Pairs with my phone and Zumo Gps.
Until it came to using the microphone. Didn`t work. Called Cardo, Texas. Sent me a new microphone. That did not work either.
Sent an e mail and they said to return the unit it to either back to them or Hungary. I did ask if it was a joke, Hungary.
No return postage, no RMA. My responsibility. Nope, they emphatically said it was my responsibility. One of the customer service representatives. made it like it was my fault and where not out to help me. I must add another girl I spoke to to very friendly. Could not do anything to help me.
Called Fort Nine. It was night and day.
Spoke to Roberto. Problem solved in no time at all. Roberto spoke to Lee (Warranty Dept)
A few emails complete with an RMA a return label and "BOOM"
Moral of the story. Deal with Fort Nine. No song and dance. Very simple, fast polite.
