Can we single motorcycle riders use the HOV lane yet?

I heard a lot of talk about this topic and how it will be enforced soon but I was just wondering if this law has been enforced already.

Unless it's marked as permissible (and that's currently only HOV lanes on roads administered by the City of Toronto), it's not allowed, and if the wrong cop sees you in it, you're getting a ticket.
