Spoiler alert: he didn't actually win.
I have no idea how you pulled that off. I plugged in 29 perfect record to TD online and got a quote of $2700 liability only.
(this makes no sense, why should liability be soo high on a vehicle that can only be driven half a year, and not on snow and ice, where most accidents occur, because fat envelopes in restaurants to MPPs).
Anyway, this is why it's difficult to sell litre bikes. The pool of potential customers is much smaller.

Think of it like this, pay for it what you think you will get back from it. Personally, I'd pay try for around 3500. Costs add up. Tax and everything will be closer to 4000 assuming its mint and nothing needs replacing. Eat the tax cost and try to sell for what you pay for although future value depends on how many miles you're going to put on it.
I hear you. Sound advice. I think i'm gonna go for it providing my mechanic checks it out. Problem is it's not insured so they dont wanna bring to my mechanic which sucks so i have to pay a premium for him to travel to them. any other thoughts gents?
That sucks although a safety is usually like $80 and you need it to register the motorcycle for road use anyways. Watch him have it don't for free or already have a safety for it. Just add it into the price when you low ball him lol
