Buying a Bike in ONT from out of province??

Hi, i'm looking at buying a bike in Ottawa and driving it back to Nova scotia. what do i need to do as far as registration/insurance goes for the few hours that i plan to be in ontario on my way home? thanks.
 
Temp tag I guess, ask the nice people at the MTO. Make sure you have proof of insurance with you. And maybe the safety standards certificate. Tell them you will end up registering in NS just in case they want to register in Ontario.
