Personally I wouldnt spend the money on FCR's for a sport bike unless I was going to have them properly dyno tuned

I have an FCR on my mini bike and just one carb cost me $700, mine was a specific kit for my engine size and runs pretty damn good on the factory installed jets...I still plan to have it dyno tuned eventually

I hear ya, FCRs go for crazy money these days. A bank of 4 carbs with no fittings go for like $1500!

My bike on the other hand came from the factory with FCRs

The stock setup isn't bad. It's just not as nice as it could feel, and I'd like some numbers to back up what my gut and my wrist is telling me.

Dyno time is definately good but also expensive A simple roll on costs like $100! Who do you plan to use to get your FCRs setup correctly?

That's not just welding, that's a piece of art! Very nice work, from someone who dabbles in TIG. Beyond my skill level!

True story Ive done a few, Titanium, Stainless doesn't matter I use TIG welding...
As mentioned the best location is right after that last collector where all the pipes connect to one, on some bikes you have to be careful that you have enough clearance

if you are cheap like me you can use a 5/8" nut instead.

AEM sells no weld bung kits.
