Brake Caliper Bracket for oversize rotors

I want to duplicate this bracket, with with a smaller offset:

Questions:
(1) What material should it be made from?
(2) Who could do it in GTA?

BTW, this bracket will re-position the stock caliper to allow common 296mm rotors to bolt to the hub of my CBR F2 track bike.

aluminum will work, but you'll have to heli-coil the mounting bolts or they will pull the threads out very quickly.

Any decent fabricator should be able to do this.

I've had Ryan Gill, from Condor racing make several of these from Magnesium to convert MX forks to use radial calipers for 320mm supermoto rotors.
