Infront of the rabba had 2 tickets this morning, been parked there at least 2 days. Should move it before you get more tickets.

The thief was rambling on the gtam to see if there are any bikes that got 2 tickets in a row in front of Rabba, for sure =)

Back to topic tho, I thought it was a towing situation if the 1st ticket is not removed/picked by the owner before the issue of the 2nd, no ?

No idea, my Dad works around there and parks in the same area. He said when he left last night it had 2 tickets on it.

Is there any 'squatters' related rules regarding abandoned vehicles?

I know there is a beat up bike parked on a street for at least 2 months with the chain all rusted out and license sticker already expired since last year. Its clearly an abandoned bike.

If no one is taking possession, can someone just claim it legally? I am guessing probably NOT, perhaps if there is a lein on the bike, it would be the creditor who has first possession.

However, there are some weird stuff on squatter rules with respect to houses.... perhaps I can claim that the bike is parked in my favorite spot and therefore, after a certain period of time, I am claiming it as mine.
