There was a time I was looking at 06+ VFR800s from the US and I live in Kingston. Some of the dealers in the US did delivery and delivering to Watertown (I think there's a UPS store that does pallet delivery for a per day fee) was a possibility for a relatively reasonable amount. If you arrange everything right you rent a pick up and go and get your bike after making sure the paperwork is all in order and the prices were pretty good when I looked. 1h to get to Watertown from Kingston. 2-3 years ago there was even a brand new 07 honda racing colours VFR800 ABS I found, obviously won't be there now, but there were some great deals.

Yeah watertown is about 1hr once you factor in the wait time at the canada/usa crossing. Also kinko / the building supply store 5 minutes from customs also accept pallets. Also if you go early enough and tip the forklift guy a decent amount he'll load it up for you. Win win
