Bike Parking Roy Thomson Hall Toronto

Has anyone ever parked behind Roy Thomson Hall, in that little corner spot that isn't a real parking spot? The whole parking area is a 'pay for parking and place receipt on dash' type of place but it isn't Green P. I've seen bikes parked here before and wondered whether anyone has had experience with this.

Try it (and report back) or just go up Simcoe by Elephant & Castle. Plenty of bikes parked there all the time.
