I have seen airbag vests worn overtop of leathers. Are any of the airbag vests homologated for that usage?
I know of airbag systems that are designed to be worn under (inside) the leathers. The leathers need to fit loosely enough for the airbag to expand inside.
Personally I'd rather stay with homologated arrangements so that everything operates the way it's supposed to.
