Had a great day, hung out a bit with doozerdave and friend, turned some respectable laps supposedly (I did not have a timer) in the 1:30-ish range. Only scared myself a couple of times (Rahul Dua leaving some paint or something on my bike in 2, overbraking going into 8 when another, slower rider erratically decided they wanted my line right NOW).
Sadly my best five laps of the day will only live in my head, as the 32GB card in the GoPro was showing full when I returned to the pits and the whole last session wasn't there. But, lots of good fast action and I got several laps of a fellow who shall not be named with a bike that has outriggers on it... will upload the raw video somewhere and later on cut out the more interesting parts for a year end compilation.
I expect that lots of people had video from today, I know Dave had his camera on too.
The 1000 needs a little attention, there is now a broken fairing stay and the hydraulic preload for my TTX shock ended up in my belly pan.
