I have a CTEK and a NOCO 5. Sold my Battery Tender one. NOCO is my favourite.
I boiled a power wheels lead acid battery last year because I used the CTEK without putting it on the lower (motorcycle) setting. Not the tenders fault. It will only charge Lead-Acid though.
The NOCO you just select batt type and it takes it from there. It will charge AGM (my truck), Lead-Acid (lawnmower, motorcycles, etc), Lithium (motorcycle, power wheels, etc). I don't have to choose lower settings for smaller batteries, just batt type and it takes it from there and after two years zero issues with any batteries.
I only use the CTEK on the cars now.
