It all depends on what you like. Heavier weights should reduce handlebar vibrations. Any local bike store sells different ones. I saw GP selling Oxford, which are pretty decent, but they weren't heavy ones. You can get heavier ones on ebay too.

Thank You !!! Let me search on ebay

Motovation are the heaviest and best available for your particular model yes. 220 grams is heavy for a bar weight yes.

Woo Hoo... look what search can do...

So I changed out my stock mirrors for bar-ends and realize I'm losing the stock weights... this leaves me with a couple questions.

1. What effect will this have on riding?

2. Anyway I could use the stock weights with a bar-end mirror setup?

I worried about this when I went for bar-end mirrors on my SuperDuke but as it turns out, the bars are super smooth with the mirrors fitted (CRG Sidewinder LS) and little / no vibration in the mirrors. I'd bet that my bike has heavier vibes than yours does. I don't know about other brands, but you can't use a weight along with the CRG mirrors.

There are weights that can be mounted inside the clip-ons, if I remember correctly.

Stock ones from early SV650s work good. I had some on my CBR600 when I had sleepy hand issues.
