Ask help: hibernation for next year, need safetied?

I have a bike which intend to put to hibernation;
so insurance stops, sticker this May not renewed;

next year May again
if I rebuy insurance, and goto ministry to renew sticker, will my bike need a fresh safety certificate?
plse help.
