They post their used parts in various Kijji ads with using various City name but I cannot get them to return enquiries.

That is true today but was not earlier.
Aside from no return messaging, they seem a bit disingenuous as they depict their Kijji postings as originating in various Ont locations when their head office and stock are in Manitoba.
Anyway they have a vast amount of decent used bike parts and the reason for my post was to see if anyone had dealt with them.

Maybe they do mostly shipping. Vast amount of bike parts is not going to sell in Manitoba.
Looks to me that they are just closed to the public for covid related reasons but you can still shop online or call him the vintage way.
