I think you'd need 4 wheels on the ground. Elkins West Virgina got a blizzard today, and is expecting another 6 inches Wednesday with temperatures in the low thirties.

Just got back from New York City last night. Had to leave before the city was shut down. Left at noon and drove through the rain and high winds. Wouldn't want to ride through it.
