Anyone ever ordered from Bayside Performance?

Thanks for the heads up on Canada's Motorcycle Dr. Sarcasm. They have great prices and free shipping to boot. Will definitely be using them. Btw, I had never heard of them before. Isn't the internet great?
No problem! :occasion5:

I've used them on a half-dozen occasions, and they've never failed to deliver in terms of performance or service. During one transaction, one of their sales folks called me to let me know that one of the things I had ordered (a Xena disc alarm) wasn't currently in stock, and if I wanted, I could cancel the order (I didn't, given how impressed I was with this particular fellow's attention to customer service). I also received the same kid glove treatment from Riders's Discount in the U.S. on some water proof gear I wanted.

And just so it doesn't appear that I'm some fan-boy, the only negative about Canada's Motorcycle is that perhaps their stock isn't as extensive as some other sites.

You can't go too wrong with any of those online retailers, good luck to you, sir.

The issue is that they are not clear with their information. First, they seem not to stock anything. Second, they are inaccurate as it pertains to shipping. They sent me an e-mail to say that I should receive my items in 9-15 business days and then I get an e-mail 3 weeks later saying they have finally shipped the item. My concern is that they took my on day one and it's been almost a month before they shipped the item. Not very professional.

Ordered my helmet from them (RC did not have the design I was set on) and delivery was OK.

Shipped from a depot in NY though....

To those that made comments about stockng - they are an online store... The the modus operandi in this industry is not to stock and rely on dustributors... anything else is fiscal suicide, how else can these outfits meet your/my price shopping demands?

If you want service, it comes at a price. Go to Carter Honda, and you will receive great service, but you better know your stuff. They will rip you off bad, and all that great service you received ends up being B.S. I have dealt with both shops, and Bayside Performance has the best prices. Carter Honda, has a large square footage shop, with mechanics to pay.

i always advise taking your bike to a certified MC mechanic.
i would avoid having bayside service your bike.

if you know what you want, and want the best price, bayside is a safe bet.
logistically, its a shipping nightmare. between borders and customs, shippers and receivers, internet protocol, user error.

buy the parts here
have a certified mc mechanic intall it
ride on
