You may be able to bring it to any garage that does safety certifications. Local Suzuki dealership wanted me to wait until mid April as they wanted to ride my bike. Safety cert does not require them to go for a joy ride. Local mechanic where we take our car did it for almost 1/2 price and I didn't have to wait a month.
I've used a place called Gary's Automotive in Brampton.
Dude was fair. Noted a few things, didn't pass first go.
Went home fixed what was on the list returned a couple of days later. Got the cert. No hassle. Way less than what Brampton powersports charges.
Sure, for my last safety I went to D and D auto in Trenton, it might be a bit of a drive for you if you are looking for a safety in brampton. Bikes I've picked up in Toronto were safetied by Ted at Rosey toes because his hours are convenient and no appointment is necessary. Any motorcycle work beyond my skill I take to ken kneedragger88.
Manish, if you go crappy tire, call first. Some only have a mechanic that will certify bikes on certain days.
