Any recommendations for tire in the 401/404 area.

since I don’t have a stand, I rotate my tire every so often to avoid a flat spot. Today I discover a piece of metal in my tire. Don’t even know how it happen, the tire was fine last time I inspect it. Since I sort of new in the area, was wondering any recommendations for shops that sell tire and swap them. I live near Fairview mall, literally off the highway exit on the 401/404 area.

Is it a hole or a slice? Are you losing air pressure? You could try removing it to see how deep it goes - it might not be as bad as you think.

Pics?
Rosey Toes isn't far from you, 401 n Weston area. Call to see stock, if you bring the wheel alone I think it's like $40 + tire to swap or something.
Also a set of basic stands isn't much and are super useful for basic basic basics, you could get a decent new rear stand for $60, or used for maybe $40.

Someone stole my rear stand last time. I figure why get a new one and get it stolen again.

Oh that is sizable, I would argue it was intentional between now n the last time you checked... especially if theft is something that has happened prior.
Shared/condo garage? Do you have a cover for the bike?
Unfortunate, that tire looks sorta new, or at least not much in terms of used yet.

If you're worried about flat spots, Don't.
Flat spots are mostly a thing of the past. Maybe the first time you ride it, there will be a bit of a flat spot but it will go away as soon as the tire warms up.
... and if that is too much for you, when you park the bike OVER inflate the tires a bit, no more than 45psi. They'll stay round.

With that nail in tire: spray some soapy water on it to see if it is leaking.
Then pull the nail out and spray on the soapy water again.
If it isn't leaking you're good to go.
If it's leaking, you have to replace the tire. You CANNOT patch a tire in that area of the tire.

condo garage. One of the main reason I never graduated out of a ninja 300. Heard too many story how nicer bike get stolen from condo garage. Had a friend got his bike stolen. Insurance gave him money he went to get a new bike and that one got stolen, all in a span of a month.

have a cover, and was surprised it didn’t get stolen with the rear stand.
Tire was basically new. Got it last season.

Chain, cable or weld the rear stand to the bike.
Thiefs can't steal the stand AND it will make it harder to steal your bike as it won't roll.
