I can't recommend this product enough. My wife, being super thoughtful, got me a pair after the foamy orange disposable earplugs kept popping out of one ear for no reason, which defeated the noise reduction purpose. I also tried another model, but the earplugs were way too stiff and uncomfortable whenever my helmet pushed on them.
I might grab another pair to leave them in the bike, as sometimes I forget to switch them between jackets.

Same! Mine are like ten years old, they came with two sets, so once I switched to custom made ear plugs, I gave these to the missus to use. She uses them on our rides across Italy and also finds them really comfortable. I don't even have to remind her to pack them, they're just part of her little routine gear-up so I'm assuming that means she's a fan too.
The Earpeace ones are also 20% off. I see they make a Pro version now so I may try those out as I've had my regular Earpeace set for quite a few years now (excellent btw).
