"air cooled" motorcycle owners? speak-up!

Why are you putting quotes around air cooled? It kinda bothers me

Seems kinda high. I'm paying $700 full coverage 2007 Triumph Scrambler @ Primmum.
 
Anyone know what headers are interchangeable for a 1990 gsxr 750?

Heres my air cooled bike. Not exactly streetable anymore though.. 1980 KZ750 LTD chassis with 84 750 Turbo engine..
