Never really looked into this, Google just throws EBay links.

Long story short: my *** hurts during long rides on the stock seat of a K8 GSXR750 :(

Any sport bike riders here get aftermarket seats? And if so, how are you experiences?

Corbin and Sargent are the big names out there.

I feel a great option is via http://www.ultimateseats.ca/

However, I am not certain if they make a seat for the GSXR750.

The cool thing is that their head office is near Steels and Jane. They have their showroom with their seats so you can test them out.
Also;
If you buy a seat directly from The Ultimate Seats Company, you have up to 14 days after receiving the seat to contact us for a return authorization.

I'm looking at getting a new seat also. I have been doing some research and found a company called SAddlemen. After reading reviews it seems like they are more comfortable than Corbin and Sargent seats. Just haven't figured out if they ship to Canada yet. Here is a link to their site. Scroll down and you will see three options for seats: sport style, tech style, and track style. Read through each and see which one is for you. http://www.saddlemen.com/Sport-Bikes/Sport-Bike-Home.html

Just don't get caught in the rain as the seats aren't waterproof....

Ride more, you'll get used to the seat.

Think I'm gonna go with this after Googling up those names...for now. Damn seats are pricey. Saddlemen seats look sick though. I need to make sure the are waterproof too if I ever do pick one up, I ride in rain quite often =/

I've read Saddlemen gel seats are awesome.

I'm looking into this and it might end up being part of my future budget. Trying to figure out if there are any I can sit on in Canada tho.

For the best price look at Riders Discount on EBAY :)

Do they all feel the same? Are those butt cushions there for looks only?....they look comfy And how is it in the rain? Obviously battery getting wet is a big hell no.

Added a Russell Day-Long seat to my VFR over the winter. It's complete overkill but incredibly comfortable. Got it on a group buy, hand stitched leather and extra comfy for the pillion.

The butt cushions are memory foam. I dunno if you've ever sat on memory foam, they are for sure not there for looks :D

The bottom of the seat is solid plastic, so it provides the same rain protection, if not more, as your stock seat.
