A cure for crazy

If I'm in my super ****** off rage stage, I stay off the bikes, don't drive unless I have to and I deffinately do NOT take the sled out for a ride.
A bit of agression helps me out on the race track, but I generally flow better when I'm in my "happy place" and picking guys off.

U know that expression "I want to kill somebody know".
At least u get to do it, common citizens just have to displace their anger somewhere else :)

Generally you don't want to drive or ride angry, in case your emotions get the best of you and make you ride a little more aggressive than you need to be, therefor bringing the risk higher for no good reason.
But at the same time I understand how it can help get your mind off of things, because as long as you're a smart rider, you dedicate all your concentration on what's going on around you.
I started riding my bike after a break-up of a 3 year relationship. I was still getting over it and couldn't get the subject out of my head.
Whenever I would go for a ride, I forgot I was even in a relationship, nevermind in the middle of a breakup. I was thinking about what I was doing on the bike, watching all cars around me, keeping an eye on the side of the road for critters, pedestrians and debris, etc.
I felt happy and it's as if I put my life on pause. Felt great. :)

I find that ride therapy only works when there is no butt f*ck traffic.... which can make your rage even worse >=(
