There was a stat that less than 50% of drivers read those signs.
Notice how most of them still end up in the Express lane to jam it up even more even though the sign 5kms back said Express very slow Collectors moving well...lol

The fact that op just noticed the sign goes to show that not many people really read them anyway as that message has been up the past few years

+1 yup it also says stay on the right except for passing which I think should be there all the time perhaps flashing
