I do all my own work and keep my receipts for parts and supplies that were paid for by CC, much was by cash though...but still not gonna bother digging them all out to prove it. The proof is what is there in front of you....the bike condition. When buying, claimed internal work, I take with a grain of salt.
I agree, if you dont know what to look for in a bike then get someone that does to come with you...I bought my 929RR with 42,xxxkm on it and I am the 6th owner, I hope to roll 100,000km this summer, still runs like a charm and I dont baby it, although I do maintain it!
