Saw that one yest. Looked like lowered to me..

It is probably the best deal at the moment out there, btw.

If I didn't get my bike yet, I probably would go and take a look at it. It looks like I'm going to be stuck with my 125 for another 2 years or so (when I'm done school)

It's lowered. Get it checked, but honestly, as long as it passes safety, you're good. These things are cheap to fix if anything's wrong. Best deal in the GTA right now, period.
 
That ad was posted a month ago (Feb 28th). I contacted them around that date and still have gotten no response back.

Chances are good that it's sold probably or never existed (or I'm just angry I never got a response!!)
