No, the injury is from him taking out Bagnaia and Marini on the restart.

Not a huge fan of Balaton, passing opportunities few and far between on such a narrow track with a short straightaways. Miller was a rolling cork in the bottle for pretty much half the race, but kudos to him for great defensive riding and being the latest on the brakes lap after lap.
Wanna see more MM93 vs Acosta head-to-heads. They are providing the lion's share of entertainment recently.
