Looking forward to your suggestions. I think this year we will nix all downtown locations, there is never enough interest.

Reserving my spot for thread notifications.

I made my recommendation in the 20203 thread.

Lets also get one in the WEST end.

The Real McCoy is back

But I get the sense it isn't quite the same quality as before, judging by the reviews. I actually never found it to be that great.
That could be sacrilegious though

Recently I found this burger place not far from me
Dunno why the address isn't correct on google, its 4218 Lawrence Ave E, Scarborough, ON M1E 4X9
It's a total hole in the wall, almost no service, but great burgers.

@sburns
How far are you from this place?
Have you eaten there?

I ate there twice in the last month as it was recommended by a client in the same hood.

Not bad, but I have had better.

I'm not close to there. That is right in the beaches area.
Never been there, but somehow it seems familiar.

You thinking to check it out?

+1 holy chuck, really liked it

Yes to Holy Chuck because I'm going to watch @fmp take the "go chuck yourself" challenge
Grill Gate on Shepard was amazing (but the 'hood is sketch and the parking horrendous)

Riverside Burgers are excellent but limited to street parking.

Good to know. My kid moved into the area recently, and we've passed it a few times wondering if it was worth trying. I can definitely warn you to avoid La Carnita down the street, unless you enjoy overpriced mediocre food with slow, poor service. We were waiting half an hour after ordering, and the party seated after us were already eating, so I suspect they ordered the same fajita specials we did and got ours. When the food finally arrived, they threw in some sour cream, as in literally all over my daughter's Canada Goose jacket. But they didn't offer to cover any cleaning costs, or offer any other type of compensation.
