This is one of my most painful posts ever but the time has now come after over 17 yrs ..I'm selling the first bike I rode/owned. My brother passed the torch onto me and now it's time I pass the torch onto someone else.
For sale, is my 1989 Yamaha FZR 600. This vintage motorcycle is one of the best starter bikes around.
Mods/Parts
- Flushmount signals front/rear
- Full Hindle exhaust
- Carb seats replaced
- New Thermostat
- New OEM chain
- New NGK spark plugs
- New brake pads
- K&N air filter (recharged every year)
- Removeable solo seat
- There is also a Quantum alarm on the bike that works but we lost the remote. If you have hookups to get a remote....perfect.
- I will also include the stock exhaust, rear stand and a bunch of other misc. stock parts.
This bike has 47,141 kms, has always used synthetic oil that was changed religiously. Brake fluid and radiator fluid was also changed just about every season. Carbs have also been cleaned recently. There are some minor cracks and rashes on the fairings. Other than that, everything is in good condition.
