1983 Yamaha Maxim 400 Xs for sale with 54000 kms. Last certified May of 2013. Reason for selling is that the bike needs more time than I am able to give right now. Bike was running great but now has an issue starting and most likely needs a new relay (pretty cheap to comeby) as well as an exhaust collector and a rear brake spring. I replaced the exhaust manifold myself as well as changed the oil and the filter and cleaned the carburetor last month. Bike is VERY cheap on insurance and is a good bike if you're willing top invest time in it. Body is in good shape but tank has a few scuffs and marks. Bike will also most likely need a new clutch cable which I have already...bought a new one 2 weeks ago but didn't get around to changing it yet.
Looking for $1000 obo. Will consider parting out if the offers are good for individual parts.
