Try Bolts Plus. Presumably you know the length. You may have to settle for a socket-head cap screw.

Yes, but does he know the SAE or ISO rating? What is the bolt for? Is it for a motorcycle, car, boat, piece of farm machinery or what?
 
Its just for where the mirrors used to attach, I am going with bar ends and dont want the holes on the hand controls

Ah, now we have something to work with. Another option would be to find a smaller sized cap screw, bolt, etc, to slide into the hole that has been given a squirt of silicone adhesive first. Or, better yet, go to CDN Tire or any hardware store and get some of those little black plastic plugs used to conceal counterbored screw heads in furniture. A dab of silicone adhesive and you'll have a cheap, quick solution that will look factory installed.
 
Acklands has a lot of choices and maybe what you need but you probably have to buy a box.

Another option is drill a slightly larger hole with a numbered bit and tap for a stainless screw, then Loctite it in.
