This guys Mom works with me. She's also rides motorcycles. Very devastating.

From what I heard his bike had broke down and he was walking to get some help when a car hit him.

Nobody loves walking. That sucks. Condolences to his family and friends.
 
RIP.

I've read a few stories about this. Not clear. Did the vehicle that hit him stop? Or was it a hit and run?
