I have an Ogio and the Kriega R20. Both are excellent, but I prefer the Kriega - in part due to the fact that it looks a bit more "casual" when you are lugging it around off the bike. The Ogio works great, but in my opinion it kind of looks like a big turtle shell lol.
With my low bars the wind only begins to be an issue at ridiculously high (track day only) speeds.
Bar height is a compromise between city riding and highway comfort.
Exactly. The bars on my Streetfighter are very low compared to most naked bikes, and that makes it much more enjoyable to ride at high speed. I love not having fairings and the feeling of clean air hitting my body.
My experiences with some other naked bikes that have more upright seating...
I stopped by today and they have some bikes in the showroom now. Cray the sales manager is a great guy and gave me a tour of the facilities. I looks like it will be a very nice dealership once it is fully completed. They even have some beautiful Ferrari race cars in a large separate service bay...
Just came back from a short ride. Stopped at the Timmies at Hurontario/Mayfield but I didn't see any riders there. On my way home though, a green ZX-6R caught up to me and we gave each other the wave.
Feels good to be back :)
