    Wawanesa cut ties with NFP

After having coverage in the US with Geico for many years, I wouldn't call any Ontario insurance premium 'steeply discounted' but I get what you're saying. 😂

    Wawanesa cut ties with NFP

Helpful tip, thanks. Regarding Wawanesa, they seem to come up as the lowest priced premium option for me each time around (motorcycle only). Before I re-up with them, just wondering if there's any particular reason why. Has anyone ever had to process a claim with Wawanesa...were you satisfied?

    Original long way round

I respect you have an opinion on the subject but the scene with Charlie ripping the KTM poster off the wall and throwing it into the garbage is hardly "great free marketing". I'm sure KTM had their reasons for backing out, but the bigger fail was saying that they think they "might fail"...

old rider, new bike...moved back to Ontario

it's a hassle, particularly on the us customs export side...they make it complicated (ITN#, etc.) and there's a 72 hr wait between when you send them your paperwork and when you can show up to export the vehicle. you're going to have to get a great deal or really like the vehicle to make it...

old rider, new bike...moved back to Ontario

Pickup up a (new to me) bike while living in the US end of Feb last year, right before all the lockdowns. Hardly rode it due to all of the restrictions last spring/summer. Then I moved to Toronto so I decided to bring it with me. After all the paperwork, taxes, fees, inspections, and sticker...
