    It's supposed to. The law doesn't change just because your job is to enforce it. I've yelled at many a cop while driving home from work on 27 Northbound. Cops flying by at 120 in a 70. TPS is a joke.

    As you get closer to QEW/Gardiner in the Holiday Drive/Eva Road/Burnhamthorpe area isn't too bad. Further North on the Southbound side around Steeles/Finch/Rexdale Blvd is absolute Mad Max level road conditions.

    427 Southbound anywhere from just South of Zenway all the way down to the Gardiner/QEW is absolute murder. I completely avoid it on the bike.

    m1 to m2 license

    Realistically you can go to the MTO and pick up your M2 paper license on the 12th of June. MTO website states a mandatory minimum 60 day M1 period and the RTI instructors would have gone over this at least a couple times with you.
