Deep Bay Rd is a mess

Thanks for the tip! Was looking for a fun ride this weekend on the DS that won't be too wet. :)

    Garmin inReach - Necessary?

I also use the inreach mini. What pushed me to decide to get a PLB was thinking about how much I would be willing to pay to be able to request help in the event of a major breakdown or injury while in the middle of no-where. It was a no-brainer for me - It's not cheap, but even if it was 5x...

    Pencil Lake Road on a 1090 R

I was up there 2 weeks ago after a long period of little to no rain and had to turn back at the first major water crossing after the bridge. It looked pretty flooded and as I was by myself, I didn't want to risk drowning the bike. (Husqvarna 701e) Welp, this past weekend had some biblical rains...

How to Enduro the Apocalypse: KTM 500 EXC-F & Husqvarna FE 501

Surprised you guys didn't go the 690/701 route as it's still much lighter than your previous ADV bikes, and with super long intervals as well. Price isn't much different from the 500/501 either.

    Selling a Bike these days

How would you even do this though? Every vehicle I've ever sold privately was done in a parking lot or my driveway. Will you go to SO with the buyer, wait in line with them to witness them finalize the transfer?

Hitch Carrier or a Small Trailer

A little late to the reply party, but I myself use a "Trailer-in-a-bag"... doesn't really fit in a bag, but it breaks down completely for storage almost anywhere. Not the cheapest option, but there is no way that I would otherwise be able to store all 3 of these in a single car garage. (a...

Ganaraska Forest is Closed Until further notice

Where are you coming from? I usually ride further north in the Kawarthas between Kinmount and Gooderham. There are tons of trails and exhilarating fire roads that are suitable for big bikes up there.

    Royal Distributing Tent Sale

Just came from there - they didn't have any noteworthy KLIM gear that I could see... just the giant duffel bags that are too heavy for air travel (must be over 10lbs empty).... found a few empty coat hangers with the KLIM logo on it, so I guess they had/have something somewhere. I just couldn't...

    Easter Weekend Bethany Ride 2019

So.... how did it go? Was a little upset that I couldn't attend due to a family commitment, but then I saw how hard it was raining on Saturday and suddenly didn't feel so bad.

It does - Picked up a couple of Sena 30Ks last year and paid no tax.
