Hey. Thanks for the replies. It is scuffed... i run my finger along it and it is smooth. The rubber part has separated very slightly from the fork. There is no leaking and the suspension/handling seems okay. The dealer was saying i should get it replaced cause its dangerous. ..

So i had my bike looked at and they said the fork outer tubing is out of place. Is this still safe to ride? What do you suggest? Anyways, i was suggested to replace the entire section ($1500 + labour)

So motorcycle claims will show up on your auto policy even if they're separate companies? It just sucks cause its a 2014 bike
