I was wondering if it's necessary to replace a helmet after a mild crash? I was on a track and went on the grass, wiped out, rolled a couple times and felt my head bump the ground. There are no visual damages on the helmet since the impact was on grass but I'm not sure if the shell structure...

They are a little north but I would highly recommend speedworx at Markham road and hwy 7. They can be a little busy at times but the owner is honest and the work they do is great.

I have a 2012 GTI and just hooked up a trailer. The weight on the tongue with the trailer and no bike was 90lbs but I didn't get a chance to weigh it with the bike. Not sure if the pic helps at all but looking for feedback if this setup looks ok. Possibly from others who have a similar setup...
