    Pete's Superbike..???

Talk to Glenn at Flying Squirrel, he can usually match Petes prices or get close enough that it beats the shipping cost, he can also recommend a guy to do the swap for around 60$ per wheel on the bike. Or bring the wheels to F.S and they will do the change for decent rate.

    Trailering bike home from Quebec.

Just picked up the GF's bike from just outside Montreal. Used a U-Haul bike trailer. We checked out the procedure with the MTO and the legality of a bike in a open trailer was not mentioned. We were told, by the mechanic at the shop were we picked the bike up, to keep the Quebec plate on the...

Plug For the Lock Clinic on Vaughan road in Toronto

+1 from me as well. Snapped my CBR key in half, they were able to copy from the pieces. Saved me the 300$+ I'd have had to spend for new key set. 6.50$ very well spent.

Need temporary insurance to transport new bike!

I rented a Uhaul bike trailer a few weeks ago, you are offered separate insurance for whats in the trailer for up to 5K$. It wasn't much extra and would have covered what I paid for the bike had something happened, like accident or mechanical failure of the tailer. Seemed worth it mho.

PSA: Kerosene is better and way cheaper than name brand chain cleaners

My 2cents. Kerosene to clean, which I do every 4th-5th time I lube the chain. Lube once a week or so, and after every wet/rain ride. Lube chain liberally wipe of excess, I find this cleans somewhat as well. Sent from my iPhone using GTAMotorcycle.com

Thinking of upgrading to a bigger motorcycle

New Rider, New Bike correct. I have to be blunt here, learn to ride the F'n bike you have and you won't be bored. Take an advanced skills course. You really have only scratched the surface of what you can do on the bike you have. Go learn trail braking for cornering, master counter steering and...

    need insurance real soon

If you have a cage to insure and own or rent a place, call Allstate. Insuring a 99cbr900rr, late models benz and my place for less than a '80 cb750f and late model Volvo on separate policies. The catch being I'm over thirty and insuring all three with Allstate, savings made it worth it. The bike...

HTA 172 is still unconstitutional -- anyone had issues with standing on pegs?

Was pulled over for that last summer. Stood just long enough to unstick certain bits from other parts. When I asked the constables if she wanted to be the first female officer in York Region to find a guy for cooling his nuts, she let it go. Strange but true.
