Certainly not and it is changing rapidly. But there are certain things considered immutable and for most I think the national anthem would be one of those things.

Big difference, one issue is taking away freedom because of one or more religions and one is gaining a freedom which I totally agree with and would like that freedom for myself.

That's a pretty solid reason in my opinion. I don't see where you addressed it but I don't think it matters. We have different opinions and I'm OK with that.

One reason would be the precedent that was set by two other provinces that took up this issue. If no one ever voiced an opinion contrary to a law or custom imagine the world we would live in.

Obviously the law is the law until it is changed.

Please remember that Sikh's are not terrorists. I think that it should be mandatory that terrorists not be permitted to wear helmets or seat belts.
