I just got motorcycle insurance, rec'd quotes from 4 different companies who insure bikes, Dalton Timmis had the best quote. The insure though Aviva.

Thanks all. I also refuse to pay the prices as I have seen on various web sites...soon as you put the word motorcycle in front of it the price goes up!! I'll be using my iphone or old LG GPS system for now....how about being old fashion and using a map, remember those?

Who has experience with GPS systems and can recommend a brand. What is the good, bad and ugly about them. The criteria I'm using for evaluating is ruggedness, mount ability, lighting / contrast, sound and usability. I drive a cruiser. Any thoughts?

hedo2002 - thanks for the feedback. I have been going down the same path as you've suggested and checked out insurance first, that's a check. The bikes are similar but have different accessories. I've been pricing out various accessories in order to have a comparable view for each bike. Agreed...
