Happened to a friend of mine 2 years ago his insurance company was going to drop him, luckily he went through someone like xcopper or points not sure who but they where able to get them to change his charge to something else. He paid a lot more in fines but in the long it was cheaper. Hope...

I was in St.Catharines Monday and couldn't cross the canel because of this had to find another bridge to get over to Niagara on the lake.
